CEO

Dr. Matt Goldstein is a dedicated physician-scientist and entrepreneur with a passion for advancing genetic research. As CEO of jSreen, he focuses on providing accessible, life-saving genetic testing to empower individuals with critical health insights. With extensive experience in biotech, Dr. Goldstein has led major initiatives, including founding and guiding companies like Tango Therapeutics and Neon Therapeutics through pivotal clinical developments and strategic partnerships. A graduate of Stanford University's MD/PhD program, he completed his clinical training at Harvard Medical School. Driven by both professional and personal experiences, including the loss of his eldest daughter, Havi, to Tay-Sachs disease, Dr. Goldstein is deeply committed to jscreen's mission of proactive health management.

Founding Executive Director

Ms. Karen Arnovitz Grinzaid is the President, Chief Clinical Officer, and Founding Executive Director of jscreen, where she has been a leader in providing accessible genetic testing and counseling. With over 30 years of experience in genetics, Ms. Grinzaid is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Emory University School of Medicine, where she teaches and mentors genetic counseling students in genetic counseling. She holds a master’s degree in human genetics from Sarah Lawrence College and certifications from the American Board of Genetic Counseling and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Since joining Emory in 1986, Ms. Grinzaid has specialized in prenatal, pediatric, and adult genetic counseling, with a focus on Jewish genetic disease screening. Her leadership and expertise have been central to jscreen's mission to empower individuals with vital genetic insights.

Ms. Felicia Mayer serves as the Chief Operating Officer at jscreen, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring its smooth and effective functioning. With a background in both mental health counseling and organizational management, Ms. Mayer has a wealth of experience that she applies to her role at jscreen. Before joining the team, she worked as a Grant Consultant for non-profit organizations in Atlanta. Previously, Ms. Mayer spent thirteen years at Family Counseling Services of Greater Miami, serving as Chief Executive Officer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Tulane University and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University of Miami. Ms. Mayer’s commitment to operational excellence and her diverse experience make her a key leader at jscreen.

Ms. Emily Goldberg serves as the Director of Genetic Counseling Services at jscreen, where she is dedicated to helping individuals understand and manage their genetic health. With dual bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology from Brandeis University and a master’s degree in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College, Ms. Goldberg has been a certified genetic counselor since 2011. Prior to joining jscreen, she worked at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, specializing in prenatal and cancer genetics. In addition to her role at jscreen, Ms. Goldberg is committed to education, serving as an Instructor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and adjunct faculty at Sarah Lawrence College, where she teaches and mentors future genetic counselors. Her expertise and dedication make her a key member of the jscreen team.

Director, Research & Advocacy Initiatives

Ms. Melanie Hardy serves as the Director of Research and Advocacy Initiatives at jscreen, where she leads efforts to improve community outreach, education, and healthcare experiences through her expertise in genetic counseling. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Michigan State University, a master’s degree in biology from Georgia Southern University, and a master’s degree in genetic counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling since 2012, Ms. Hardy has a diverse background that includes a career in education and prenatal genetic counseling at a Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic in Richmond, VA. Her dedication to mentorship, community engagement, and advocacy has earned her recognition, including the New Leader Award from the National Society of Genetic Counselors in 2014.

Ms. Hillary Kener Regelman is the Director of National Outreach and Partnerships for jscreen, where she leads initiatives to increase awareness of the importance of genetic screening nationwide. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in business with a focus on marketing from Johns Hopkins University, Ms. Regelman brings a strong business acumen to her role. Her experience with global media and healthcare firms enhances her ability to build strategic partnerships and expand jscreen’s reach. A published author and active community member, she values giving back and has supported local charter schools and non-profits through pro bono marketing projects. Ms. Regelman’s dedication to outreach and partnerships is helping jscreen provide vital genetic screening services to more individuals across the country.
